Arrival
I didn't got lost! The journey was quite easy. The only remarkable thing was the price for a single ticket from Manchester Airport to Sheffield.
The first impression of my flat was surprisingly good. The Rockingham House provides flats with 6 En-suite and a common room with a small kitchen. The second view to the flat wasn't that good. I noticed before that I had to bring my own bedclothes (bedcover and blanket). But then I recognised that there is no pillow or duvet in the rooms. I had to bring it by myself or have to buy it here. WTF? Fortunately the weather is warm enough that I cold sleep at night. The second disappointment is that there seems to be no proper cleaning stuff. There is something, but it is not really valid for cleaning the kitchen floor. And last but not least... It seems that I'm alone in this flat. And this will rapidly become boring.
However, today I bought duvet and pillows in TK-MAX, If you ever come here, the beds here have an approx. size of 140x200cm so a blanket of a standard bed (90x200) will not fit properly. Additionally I bought a new mattress protector, a sunglass, a small towel for the shower entry, sandals, a set for manicure (was only available with nail varnish *-* ) a water boiler, bodum coffee maker and daily living stuff. 200£ is nothing.
And... tatattata... I found German style bred at Sainsbury's. It is simple "Sonnenblumenbrot" and is manufactured in the Netherlands, but who cares.
I didn't made pictures today. I had to carry my belongings and this was enough.
P.S. The miniskirt got a revival here.

Sheffield also, wie kommt's?
Viele Grüße aus deiner Heimatstadt
